The private facility will also be available for delegates to enjoy during the afternoon's racing and will include a cash bar.
Furthermore, Women In Racing will be making a special bursary award. Members of Women in Racing can apply for an award of up to £2,000 to help support their career development within horseracing (for details www.womeninracing.co.uk/bursary).
Tanya Stevenson said: "Horseracing was the stage for a women’s rights breakthrough a 100 years ago, but today is the sport offering a level playing field on the racecourse and in the conference suites?
"I am delighted to be hosting a fantastic panel and look forward to hearing their views, as well as those of delegates, on this subject and discussing the opportunities and challenges on improving gender balance in these sectors."
