- Jayne Little – Jayne is the founding Managing Director of Skills 4 and has extensive experience of training and consultancy in workforce development, with a specific specialism in gender diversity. She established Skills 4 in response to issues raised in “Shaping a Fairer Future”, the 2006 government commissioned report. As a subject specialist on gender balancing, Jayne is a frequent speaker on topics such as organisational change, unconscious bias and gender-smart communication for global companies such as GE, Johnson Controls and BAE Systems.
- Lucinda Russell – Lucinda has been the premier National Hunt trainer in Scotland since 2009/10 training more than 500 winners including nine graded winners and winners at the Cheltenham and Aintree Festivals. In 2013/14 the yard sent out more winners in a season than any other Scottish National Hunt yard.
- Lynn Tomkins – Lynn is a highly experienced operator in the skills environment. She is Chair of Skills4, the UK's leading provider of the accredited Career Advancement and Progression programme for women. Lynn, who was operations director for Semta, the sector skills council for science, engineering and advanced manufacturing is also one of Skills4’s leading executive coaches. She works with companies such as Rolls Royce, Atkins, BAE Systems, and Bombardier, delivering training and coaching to senior executives. Lynn is also a Board and founding member of the UK Electronics Skills Foundation (UKESF), of Policy Connect, the leading network of Parliamentary groups, research commissions, forums and campaigns working to inform and improve UK public policy and of Hexham Racecourse. She was the first ever woman Vice President of the Ship Building, Ship Repair Association and Lynn is also the current Vice Chair of Northumberland College.
Refreshments will include: a selection of sandwiches and wraps, Thai spiced fish cakes, vegetable crudités and humus, miniature beef burgers and sesame seed chicken skewers.
