Anne Lambert is a member of the Horserace Betting Levy Board. She is also a non-executive director at the UK’s Civil Aviation Authority. She works regularly as a coach on negotiating skills.
Anne worked for the UK Government for 30 years, focusing on regulation and EU policy/negotiations, culminating in 5 years as the UK’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the EU from 2003-2008, where she had extensive hands-on EU negotiating experience.
More recently, Anne worked at the Competition and Markets Authority as a Board member and as chair of inquiries into UK mergers and market investigations. Previously she was a non-executive Director at the University of Portsmouth and also the Woodland Trust.
Anne is an enthusiastic racegoer and part-owner in syndicates.
